Please ensure the text you send will be easy to read,minumising the chance of mistakes Please order more envelopes than you think you might need as the cost is much less when ordered the first time~ re-orders tend to be very expensive. I will make some mistakes (I don't pretend to be perfect!) and there will be some errors in the addresses you give me - someone moves, name changes, etc. so better to be prepared for this ahead of time. A choice of styles and ink colours are available. Always add an exta 10% extra stationery. Any stationery that is not used will be returned. Terms and conditions A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking on large orders. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to publish all images of our work online and in promotional literature. We accept no responsibility for goods lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
